INFORMATION ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform the interested party (users or visitors to the website) that the D. Igs. N. 196/2003 (cd. “Code concerning the protection of personal data, hereafter referred to as “Code”) provides protection for individuals with regard to the use of personal data. In accordance with the terms of the aforementioned Code and current regulations, use of personal data will be handled fairly, lawfully and transparently with respect to the fundamental rights and freedom of the interested party, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and the right to personal data protection. This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of the Code and is subject to update, notification of which will be given on the website.

The handling of personal data in connection with the services we provide takes place on the premises of Cultura Italiana Arezzo S.n.c. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of data processing;
c) the procedure followed where data processing is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) identification of the Holder, personnel responsible and designated representative, in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated, or who may have knowledge of it in their capacity as appointed representative of the State, manager or agent;

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) update, rectification or, if applicable, integration of data;
b) cancellation, anonymity or the blocking of any data processed unlawfully, including the retention of data which is deemed unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which it was obtained or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the actions referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, also with regard to content, except in cases in which this undertaking proves to be impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the individual’s protected rights.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) where there are legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him / herself, even though it may be relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data relating to him/herself for the purposes of advertising or direct sales marketing, for market research or commercial communication.

OPTIONAL CONFERRAL
We inform Users that the communication of data is optional, but refusal to allow data to be processed may prohibit Cultura Italiana Arezzo S.n.c. from ensuring a prompt and correct response to the contact’s request or to supply the service provided to the interested party.
