The program provides a general course in order to acquire the basic skills necessary to prepare authentic Italian and Tuscan dishes.
Students prepare a complete menu every time ( hand-made first course, one second course , two side dishes and
a dessert).
Sometimes the courses can be by theme ( first courses , main courses , vegetables, sweets, etc)

The course requires the active participation of the students who prepare with Lalla’s help , the best dishes of Italian cooking tradition.
After the lesson students have dinner together and taste the dishes and have the opportunity to practice the Italian language in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere .
Our Chef will offer students a welcome drink, the recipes of the dishes prepared and dinner will be always accompanied by wine and liquors

TESTIMONIALS OF SOME OF OUR STUDENTS:

- "Chef Lalla shows how to prepare real italian food. It is fun to cook with her and she has a good sense of humor. You will also learn about choosing the right ingredients. At the end you enjoy the meal together and learned also some new expressions in italian! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

Given the fact that I was a single student, the course correspond with my expectations. The teachers challenged me to speak, to express everything in Italian. It was not easy but I just wanted that challenge. I would have been nice to have some students in my company, for it is always good to share with people who are in the same situation. Especially for extracurricular activities. On the other hand I was totally immersed, there was no one who spoke English or German with me, which did certainly foster the progress.
I really enjoyed the openness and friendliness of all the staff and I liked the lessons.
I think it was a good idea to choose Arezzo for this course, because it is not a very big city. I do not really like large crowds of people and Arezzo ia a very nice town.
