The school reserves the right to re-schedule morning lessons to the afternoon when it is ecessary to re-organise schedules or manage space issues.

Accommodation
One of the services offered by Cultura Italiana Arezzo is the organisation of accommodation for the duration of your stay, either in the city centre or in the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
We are able to offer students a wide range of accommodation: family rooms (for one or two people, with or without private bathroom), apartments to share with other students, independent apartments, hotels, B & Bs or country farms (agriturismi)
All the places proposed by the school have been selected by the management according to location, condition of the building, interior furnishings, cleanliness, comfort and host capability.
Important criteria such as the commitment, reliability, friendliness and culture of hosting family members have been taken into consideration.
Cultura Italiana Arezzo acts solely as intermediary between student and the accommodation owners to organise accommodation, and is therefore exempt of any responsibility pertaining to relations between landlords and students.
The school will be available to provide assistance however in case of issues, and students should contact our secretary if they are dissatisfied. Wherever possible, we will promptly organise alternative accommodation for the student.
Students are requested to act in a responsible and respectful manner during their stay, or risk expulsion from their accommodation without financial reimbursement of expenses incurred.
Reservations run from Sunday, the day before the course begins, to Saturday, the day following the end of the course. If a student decides to extend their stay in their accommodation, they will be required to pay an additional fee, details of which will be confirmed when the request to extend is made.
Please note that it is essential that students contact owners directly at least one week before their departure for Italy, to confirm their estimated arrival time at their accommodation.
All costs for the consumption of gas, electricity and water are included in the overall rental cost of the accommodation.
